CMET has adopted a new software program to proactively manage our urban tree inventory within the light rail alignment. The app is being used by our landscapers to help us to approach pruning, removals, and planting programs systematically.
This data will enable us to collect, map and assess information from our urban forest in real time, resulting in improved tree health, sustainability efficiencies with other stakeholders and adaptability of evolving legislative landscapes.
