CMET Customer Satisfaction Survey starts August 2

Here at CMET we are committed to providing Light Rail passengers with excellent customer service. Surveyors will be on-board LRVs from Friday, August 2 until Friday, August 16 conducting our Customer Satisfaction Survey, looking at how we can elevate and enhance your Light Rail experience.

Surveyors will be easy to recognise,wearing identification lanyards and hi-vis vests and carrying tablets to conduct their surveys. They will be working right across the network, day and night, to ensure a representative sample of Light Rail users are able to participate in the survey.
