CMET Customer Satisfaction Survey starts Friday, February 14

Here at CMET we are committed to providing Light Rail passengers with excellent customer service. Twice a year CMET employs a third party to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey to gauge customer response to a number of areas of performance including overall satisfaction with light rail, service punctuality, and safety & security.

Surveyors will be on-board LRVs from Friday, February 14 until Thursday, February 27 conducting our Customer Satisfaction Survey, looking at how we can elevate and enhance your Light Rail experience.

Surveyors will be easy to recognise,wearing identification lanyards and hi-vis vests, and carrying tablets to conduct their surveys. They will be working right across the network, day and night, to ensure a representative sample of Light Rail users are able to participate in the survey.
